Jaime D. Boggio is the founder and managing attorney of Brandia LLC, bringing more than two decades of intellectual property law experience. Throughout his career, he has guided emerging startups, mid-market enterprises, and multinational brand owners through complex domestic and international trademark clearance, prosecution, domain names, social media, trademark registrations and collateralization of IP assets.
